Manchester United is reportedly ahead of AC Milan and Borussia Dortmund in the race to sign Real Madrid's promising 20-year-old forward, Endrick. The Brazilian international's team is actively seeking a permanent move away from the Bernabeu.
Endrick, who was previously on loan at Lyon midway through last season, has been on Manchester United's radar for some time. Fichajes reports that the Red Devils are once again targeting the young talent, with a permanent transfer now appearing more feasible due to his ongoing struggles at Real Madrid.
The young forward has found opportunities limited at Real Madrid, and this situation is unlikely to change under new manager Jose Mourinho. As Endrick spends more time on the bench, speculation about a move to United and other major clubs is expected to intensify, presenting an exciting prospect for potential buyers.
Endrick showcased significant talent at his former club Palmeiras, which led Real Madrid to invest heavily in him when he was still a teenager. While he has the potential to revive his career, choosing his next club will be crucial, and Manchester United may not be the ideal destination given recent career setbacks for players there.
Despite potential risks, Manchester United could benefit from exploring this transfer. The club needs more depth in its attacking options, especially with Benjamin Sesko facing persistent injury issues that have hampered his playing time recently.
